"I Can Be Better, I Must Be Better." Coach Glassman Woke Me Up... His Wife Lauren Welcomed Me Into The Family... Annie, Eva, And Greg A. were the first to show they cared... As A complete Stranger Greg A. Let Me Sleep On His Couch... My Journey Into CrossFit Had Just Begun...
I learned how to execute and subsequently coach the Olympic Lifts from Mike, Casey, and Sage Burgener, Gregg Everett, Aimee Anaya-Everett, Stephan Rochet, and Josh Everett. These were, and still are, Influential People in my on-going development as a coach.

Welcome to our amazing world of adventure!
In 2006, I hired Head Coach LeClair to train for the AIDS Ride. I was 45 years old, weighed 165 pounds with a 34% body fat. Until 2003, I had lived a lifetime of self-defeating behaviors resulting in practically no cardio-vascular respiratory endurance or muscular strength. What I received, in addition to World Class Coaching, was a complete physical and psychic metamorphosis.
Today my career and love surrounds giving back to my extended family and community by helping others unleash their own potential to achieve their personal goals. I do this by devoting myself to coaching, educating and hopefully inspiring the members of our various programs.

Valerie Worthington
Level I CrossFit Instructor
Valerie Worthington has been CrossFitting since 2007, having gotten hooked while trying CrossFit out as a supplemental conditioning regimen for her first love: Brazilian jiu jitsu and submission grappling. Now CrossFit and grappling share that special place in her heart. Val is level one certified and also holds the CrossFit basic barbell certification. She is convinced that she is composed of all spare parts and slow twitch muscle, but that hasn't stopped her from developing a genuine love of picking up heavy things, jumping on top of stuff, and otherwise contorting herself into interesting shapes.
