Post Thoughts, Reflections, And Stories From Veteran’s Day To Comments…We Want To Hear Your Reflections…

Every single person in every single class put in serious effort to help, but Team 11am stole my heart… There were two women in particular, who consistently show up to classes and quietly go about their workouts, rarely moving to the spotlight at the front of the room and always accept corrections from our coaches with smiles.
Yesterday, I had the most awesome opportunity to watch the Leaders in these women surface. Not only did they totally get the purpose of the suffering, they stepped up and seriously asserted themselves to make sure all of their other teammates worked hard, efficiently, and without complaint.
Cindy and Shirley, I always knew you gals were tough, but your efforts yesterday were truly impressive.
Thank You and Way to Lead Women!

It is truly an honor to be considered a part of such a driven, motivated group of people. You all amaze me and I can’t wait to get back to training with you again soon.

The effort I saw, and the commitment to teamwork I saw yesterday was awesome. Those who could, did. Those who had trouble, got helping hands from their teammates. In the end, wonderful things were accomplished. Great WOD, Eric/Vanessa, it helped put some things in perspective.
Now I am going to go ice my shoulders =)

Having just loss two of my uncles to illness, both who were veterans; Joe Days U.S.M.C. and Joe Langevin, Vietnam vet Green Beret, U.S. Army, I was especially moved by this day.
Joining in the Team WODS myself and being part of the all out effort was such a great feeling. I really appreciate how this group respects and supports of our vets, both past and present, no matter what political opinions we as individuals may hold.
Thank you all for making what could be have been a sad day to only focus on loss into a wonderful day of rememberance and appreciatiion.
