As Well As Thankful That Things Remain
I’m Thankful That My Mother Made 1 More Year…
And That My Grandfather Reminds Me To Fight
I’m Thankful That Friends Support Selflessly…
As Well As Forgive Graciously

Happy Thanksgiving peeps. Wish I could have been out there this year again. I’m sure the Academy represented well. Ill be back soon, so stay tuned. By now everyone might be wondering who’s this. The answer to that riddle can be found in a comic book somewhere. I think???

Way to kick ASS Team CrossFit Academy!!! WE SMOKED THE COMPETITION. Way to represent! Congrats to all of the medal winners, and congrats to EVERYONE. We gave our all and we helped others along the way. If there is a better way to start Thanksgiving, I don’t know of it.
I love all of you! I am so blessed to have found TCFA. Now THIS, my friends, is what life is all about!!!!!

I’m thankful for a lot of things and one of them is being on this CF team. I had a blast this morning and I was proud to have a red shirt.
With all the police there I thought Carl, Michael, and Tom was going to get a speeding ticket they were running so fast!!
I’ll try to take it easy on the Thanksgiving wine tonight so I can make it to happy hour (sometimes difficult for us Irish people!).
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

Thank you Eric for your beautiful post from the perfect perspective.
I too am blessed beyond measure, and forever grateful for the experiences and changes of the year.
I am thankful that my blood family has weathered major upheavals and come out the stronger.
And for my new home and haven that gives me the rest and recovery to stand tall for a passion that has blossomed beyond my wildest drunken dreams… joined with loved ones who also give all of their being simply to be of service.
I am thankful that my body has been injury free for the entire year, gifting me with the ability to run this Thanksgiving Day for a wonderful cause teamed with my perfectly matched partner and surrounded by my amazing friends.
Lastly, I am very grateful for the family, friends and supportive community who ensure that no one has to be alone on the holidays unless they want to be.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I hope you too find the perspective that makes this your best holiday yet.

Me too, I’m really thankful that Jean got me to join Team 9 three years ago and we’ve been part of the Academy and Eric since before the Academy. And Eric, thanks so much for pushing me today and everyday. We’re a great family!
