Schedule and Fees
TEAM CrossFit: Elite Fitness Academy is NOT a gym. It is NOT open to the public 24 hours a day where you can come in and control the training. The Academy is a collection of Professional Trainers and Coaches who are driven by a single unified vision to deliver world class coaching while educating and eliciting elite level fitness performance.
TEAM CrossFit: Elite Fitness Academy provides a class-by-class Instructor led curriculum that is constantly varied. In addition to the Crossfit classes we offer one-on-one Personal CrossFit sessions. Both the classes and personal sessions are broken down into a few parts.

- Skills and Drills
- The WOD (Work-out of the Day)
- Cool-Down
Membership: In order to join TEAM CrossFit: Elite Fitness Academy, you must first complete 3 steps in order to become a Team Member:
- Attend our FREE CrossFit Class on Saturday Mornings at 9am
- Schedule and complete our Basic Movements Course with one of our Instructors (Contact For Course Fee)
- Join the Team for UNLIMITED Monthly CrossFit Classes (Contact For Team Fees)
Training: You have a few choices when selecting how to attack CrossFit.
- 3:1-Train M, T, W, and take Th off. Then train F, S, Su, and take M off...repeat in order, training 3 days in a row and taking 1 day off.
- 5:2-Train M, T, W, Th, F and take S and Su off. Repeat in order training 5 days in a row and taking 2 days off.
- The "Whatever you want schedule." Just don't come to us and ask why you aren't seeing any results...
