Schedule and Fees
TEAM CrossFit Academy is NOT a gym. It is NOT open to the public 24 hours a day where you can come in and control the training. The Academy is a collection of Professional Instructors, Interns, and Coaches who are driven by a single unified vision to deliver world class coaching while educating and eliciting elite level fitness performance. In other words, our inherent responsibility is to improve human movement, which in turn improves human performance.
TEAM CrossFit Academy provides a class-by-class Instructor led curriculum that focuses on Basic Barbell Movements often coupled with a metabolic conditioning session. In addition to the Crossfit classes, we offer one-on-one Personal CrossFit Coaching sessions. Both the classes and personal sessions are broken down into at least 4 parts.
- Dynamic Range Of Motion (DROM) Warm-up
- Basic Barbell Lift For The Day
- A WOD (Work-out of the Day) designed around 2-3 movements
- Cool-Down (SMR, Trigger-Point)
How To Start: In order begin your journey with TEAM CrossFit Academy, you must first complete 2 steps to become an Academy Team Member:
- Attend our FREE CrossFit Cherry Class on Saturday Mornings at 10am. This class will identify your current fitness level as well as indicate to us how well you move.
- Schedule and complete our Fundamentals Course:
- The Fundamentals Course is designed to help educate you about what CrossFit is, our Definition of Fitness and Intensity, expose you to our basic Bodyweight, Barbell, Kettlebell, Dumbbell, and Medicine Ball Movements, and help you understand the 10 General Physical Skills as they relate to YOUR fitness goals.
- We allow 20 potential Academy Members to begin the Fundamentals Course throughout the month. For one flat registration fee, you will receive 12 sessions. These training sessions are scheduled as a whole package EITHER as a PM Course or as an AM Course. There are 3 per week, for 4 weeks: M, W, and F at 7pm or T, W, Th at 7am. Please understand that this is one complete course. It has a definitive start date, as well as an end-date.

CrossFit Training: Upon successful completion of your Fundamentals Course, you will have 2 types of training options: Option 1: 3 Days a week of training. Option 2: Unlimited days a week of training.

Pre-Military, Law/Fire Academy Training: Back and Biceps on Monday, Chest and Triceps on Wednesday, Legs and Shoulders on Friday, and long runs on Tuesday and Thursday will NOT WORK! CrossFit has permiated MOST if not ALL US Military Special Operations Teams, Units, Schools, Bases, and most Law Enforcement and Fire Academies. All SEALs, Rangers, Team Guys, SWAT Cops, Federal Agents, and all around Bad-asses that I know are CrossFitting. Do you want to be Honor Graduate? Your hardest day was yesterday...hang up your Bi-Curls and Tri-Press-downs and come date Fran, Helen, Angie, or Cindy...we dare you.
