Team CrossFit: Elite Fitness Academy

Schedule and Fees

TEAM CrossFit Academy is NOT a gym.  It is NOT open to the public 24 hours a day where you can come in and control the training.  The Academy is a collection of Professional Instructors, Interns, and Coaches who are driven by a single unified vision to deliver world class coaching while educating and eliciting elite level fitness performance.  In other words, our inherent responsibility is to improve human movement, which in turn improves human performance.

TEAM CrossFit Academy provides a class-by-class Instructor led curriculum that focuses on Basic Barbell Movements often coupled with a metabolic conditioning session.  In addition to the Crossfit classes, we offer one-on-one Personal CrossFit Coaching sessions.  Both the classes and personal sessions are broken down into at least 4 parts.

  1. Dynamic Range Of Motion (DROM) Warm-up
  2. Basic Barbell Lift For The Day
  3. A WOD (Work-out of the Day) designed around 2-3 movements
  4. Cool-Down (SMR, Trigger-Point)

How To Start: In order begin your journey with TEAM CrossFit Academy, you must first complete 2 steps to become an Academy Team Member:

  1. Attend our FREE CrossFit Cherry Class on Saturday Mornings at 10am.  This class will identify your current fitness level as well as indicate to us how well you move. 
  2. Schedule and complete our Fundamentals Course:

CrossFit Training:  Upon successful completion of your Fundamentals Course, you will have 2 types of training options: Option 1: 3 Days a week of training. Option 2: Unlimited days a week of training.
