As a Core Strength and Conditioning Program, we understand that you have choices. You work hard for your money and do not want to see it nor your time wasted. At TEAM CrossFit: Elite Fitness Academy we train Soldiers side-by-side soccer Moms, Law Enforcement Officers side-by-side high school Cross Country Runners, and we train Fire Fighters side-by-side 66 year-olds. For some of our Academy Members this type of training means coming home from work every night. For others it means going to State Championships. Still others use our proven methods to shed lazy holiday body-fat. Our methods are sound, effective, safe, natural, and proven. If they weren't, why would there be so many CrossFits in our fine Country, let alone so many in our state of California?
Honesty and Truth
That said, our Academy is NOT a Gym. Most first-timers walk in, walk through and ask where all the machines are. The answer is simple..."You are the machine." The Academy is built around furthering your educational understanding about constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity...we have no mirrors, no chrome, and no employees that babysit front desks. We have Coaches and Skill, Iron and Rubber, Boxes and Medicine Balls, Tires and Ropes...but most importantly we have our Team. Our TEAM of dedicated CrossFitters have been forged together in the heat of training. Real training. Training that causes physical and psychological breakdowns. In today's society you NEED this kind of training. You will NOT find this at your local gym or personal training studio. If your "gym" sells protein packed smoothies, energy drinks, tanning oils, bottled water, fat-burning supplements, or anything else that DOESN'T resemble REAL Training...BEWARE. Run away NOW. Those are called revenue streams, and they only want more of your money than they do of you...as a matter of fact, most "gyms" profit when you DO NOT show up...
